Dear Mooloolaba Bowls Club, Last winter my husband, Nik, and I stayed on our yacht, "Green Ghost", at the Mooloolaba Marina. We met another couple, Sue & Tremain, who lived on their yacht, "Kool Sid", at the Wharf Marina. The four of us got together every Friday night to enjoy the barefoot bowls at your club. We made up tournaments, like Green Ghost vs. Kool Sid, then we had the "Battle of the Sexes" trophy. We very much enjoyed building our friendship with the great fun and cold beer your club provided. We especially enjoyed the club staff for their sense of fun and humour as well. I have made a short (2 min) movie as a memoir of the fun we had at your club.
